Starting from a template

Copy a ready-made form from the template library into your workspace.

What a template is

The public template library holds a small set of complete forms: a sports club registration, an association membership form, a school trip consent form, an event registration with payment, and a registration with a waiting list. Each page previews the real form, not a picture of one.

Copying one into your workspace

  1. Open the template

Browse the template library and open the one that fits.

  2. Use this template

Signed in, the button copies it into your current workspace.

  3. Adjust it

It arrives as an unpublished draft in the form editor, so nothing is live until you publish.

The copy goes through the same importer as an uploaded .tinyforms export: field ids are regenerated and conditional rules remapped, so it is a clean form of your own rather than a link back to the template.

A template is copied in the language of the page you used it from, so open the library in the language you want the field labels in.

What still needs setting up

  • Templates with a payment need your own Mollie key in the workspace payment settings.
  • Amounts, limits and capacities in a template are examples: replace them with yours.
  • Consent text is placeholder wording; write your own before publishing.
