1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid TinyForms subscriptions. TinyForms is operated by Hyperchicken BV. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made on TinyForms, so refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
2. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. If you do not want to be billed, cancel before the trial ends. No refund is required for a trial that was never charged.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
4. Refund eligibility
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable conditions. Beyond that, refunds are offered at our reasonable discretion, for example where the service was unavailable for an extended period or where you were charged in error. We generally do not refund:
- Partially used billing periods after the cooling-off period
- Renewals you forgot to cancel before the renewal date
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under applicable law.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@tinyforms.tools with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We will review your request and, where approved, initiate the refund through Paddle.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear.
7. Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation on its own does not trigger a refund for the current period.
