1. Acceptance of terms
By using TinyForms you agree to these Terms of Service. TinyForms is operated by Hyperchicken BV. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
TinyForms is an online platform for creating and managing forms, collecting submissions and managing the workspaces in which those forms live.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for:
- Unlawful purposes
- Collecting sensitive data without a lawful basis or consent
- Spam, phishing or deceptive practices
- Activities that could harm, overload or disrupt the service
5. Plans, billing and payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected). Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for purchases made on TinyForms. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle handles invoicing and applicable taxes. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The service and all of its content, features and functionality are owned by Hyperchicken BV and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the forms you create and the submissions you collect. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
9. Availability and warranty
We work hard to keep TinyForms available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperchicken BV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on the website, as reflected by the "last updated" date above.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
