Template
Event registration form with payment
A registration form that knows how many places are left. Ticket types carry their own price and capacity, workshops fill up separately, and the total is paid through your own Mollie account at the moment someone registers.

Features it uses
Limits per ticket type
Each ticket has its own number of places and shows how many are left. A sold-out ticket becomes a waiting-list entry rather than disappearing.
Payment during registration
The total of the ticket and any workshops is charged through your own Mollie account. Needs Pro or Business.
Room for a waiting list
Add a cap and a waiting list to the form as a whole when the venue, rather than the ticket type, is the limit.
Four languages
Pin the form to a language or let it follow the attendee's browser.
Making it yours
- 1
Copy it into your workspace
It arrives unpublished, with example tickets and prices.
- 2
Set your tickets and capacity
Rename the ticket types, set their prices, and give each one the number of places you actually have.
- 3
Connect Mollie
Add your own API key in the workspace payment settings so ticket money arrives with you directly.
- 4
Open and close on schedule
Set the opening and closing dates so registration starts and stops without you being there.
Common questions
- What happens when a ticket type sells out?
- It stays selectable and marks that registration as a waiting-list entry. Change the behaviour to hide the option instead if you prefer.
- Can I cap the whole event as well?
- Yes. Set a maximum number of submissions on the form, on top of the per-ticket limits, and add a waiting list behind it.
- Do attendees receive a confirmation?
- Yes, with their own answers, in the form's language. It is available on every plan.
