A slot with its place taken is hidden, so the next parent only sees times that are genuinely free.

Confirmation with the time

The parent gets their slot by email, so the appointment is written down somewhere other than a note.

Set an opening date so nobody books before you are ready, and a closing date so the list is final in time.

Common questions

Can one form cover several teachers?
Yes. Add a question where parents tick the teachers they want to see, then one time slot question per teacher, each shown only when that teacher is ticked. Every question counts its own places, so one teacher's 18:00 never takes another's. A form per teacher works too, if you would rather share a separate link with each.
What if a parent needs to cancel?
Delete their submission and the slot frees up again immediately.
