Every field you can add to a form and what it is for.

Input fields

Input fields collect data from the people filling in your form.

FieldUse it for
TextA single line of text, such as a name or reference.
Long textA multi-line answer, such as a comment or message.
EmailAn email address, validated as you type.
TelephoneA phone number.
URLA web address.
NumberA numeric value.
SliderPick a number on a range by dragging.
RatingA star-style rating.

Field macros

Macros add a group of related fields in one step, so you do not have to build common patterns by hand.

  • Address: street, city, postal code and country.
  • Name: first name and last name.

Layout items

Layout items structure and decorate your form. They do not collect any data.

  • Headings (levels 2 to 4) and rich-text paragraphs.
  • Images and embedded video (YouTube and Vimeo).
  • Dividers and spacers for visual rhythm.
  • Page breaks to split a long form into multiple pages.
